We’ve committed to source the most exceptional dates from all over Arabia. We ensure they are, untreated with no chemicals and pesticides. They are grown with only the most natural sources and harvested correctly and as nature intended.

Most of the farms we’ve visited personally and are exclusive to us.

We’ve tried to engage all aspects of what we would love to have in our food and would be pleased to offer these to our guests.

We’ve taken months to establish the relationships with local farmers, distributors and certification agencies.
